Our Certification Call Center is available to answer your questions and provide assistance from 8:00 am to 11:30 am and 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, except for state holidays.

The Certification office may be contacted Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays, at Contact Certification. Include your Certification ID on all communications. To maintain the security of your information, please do NOT include your Social Security Number or MyPSC password.

Open Records Request
In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71 (b), the Georgia Professional Standards Commission has designated Open Records Officer – Melina Ljuljanovic - to whom members of the public must submit Open Records Requests via email. Requests can be submitted to Open.records@gapsc.com.

Once you submit your request, you will receive a response to your request within three business days following the office's receipt of your request during normal hours. If the records exist but are not immediately available for production, the Open Records Officer’s response will include a description of the records and a time and cost estimate for their release.

The Georgia Professional Standards Commission is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM excluding state holidays and emergency closures. You can find the state calendar at team.georgia.gov.
