Points to Note: Because all scaled scores are reported as rounded
scores, all equivalents should be considered close approximations. When actual
scores are calculated, precise formulae are used to generate the scaled score.
Students will retain the same rank order compared to other students even if
their numerical scores change. The scores are equivalent in terms of the level
of reasoning ability they represent.
Do not use this table to convert mean scores. The Mean Score
Equivalents table should be used to convert means for SAT® I: Reasoning
Test scores.
