New 2008 Georgia National Board Certified Teachers...

The National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS) has announced that 42 Georgia educators have become National Board Certified teachers in 2008. NBPTS advances the quality of teaching and learning by developing professional standards for accomplished teaching and creating and administering National Board Certification. Over 2500 National Board Certified Teachers (NBCTs) are making a positive difference in the lives of students across Georgia. The Professional Standards Commission is proud to recognize these teachers for their achievement.
