Preparation - Submit Program Reports

For all types of reviews, program reports are due September 15 or February 1 of the semester preceding the on-site approval review.
For detailed instructions for preparing program reports, see the relevant chapter of Section III of the Policies and Procedures Manual for the Professional Education Unit and Program Approval System.
