Enclosed is the State Guidance on Supplementing vs. Supplanting
Title II, Part A funds. Please review the policy carefully to ensure
that your school system is in compliance. Also, we have included
information on the Hold Harmless provision. This document, along
with other guidance documents, is located on the new Title II-A
web site located at www.gapsc.com/nclb/home.html. We encourage you
and your staff to use this resource.
