Introduced in September, 1995, the Status Line,
available 24 hours a day, may be accessed through the (404) 232-2500
or (800) 869-7775 numbers or directly by calling (404) 232-2510.
Callers may verify electronically that materials sent to PSC have
been received in the certification office; the certificate, level,
and ending validity one holds; and that an appropriate test or assessment
has been passed. |

Information specialists are available to answer certification
questions and provide assistance from 9 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Callers are reminded that PSC's peak times usually occur between 10
am and 11 am and after 3:00 pm each day, especially between
May and September. |
