What Materials Should I Submit?

All certification transactions require a complete application, with the exception of Automatic Transactions listed in Common Documents Required for Each Certification Transaction Type. Applications must be completed and submitted through your MyPSC account. An application is considered complete when the application and all required documentation has been received by the GaPSC. The supporting documentation you are required to submit with your application depends on the type of transaction you are requesting, and sometimes on your individual circumstances.

The application process and required documents for each transaction type is detailed in GaPSC Rule 505-2-.27 CERTIFICATION APPLICATION, MyPSC AND TEST ELIGIBILITY PROCEDURES and the supplemental guidance document Common Documents Required for Each Certification Transaction Type. Required forms can be downloaded from the Download Forms page.

After you have determined what documents you need to submit, review the information on the How to Submit Application Materials webpage. Detailed information on using the online application system and submitting documentation is available in the MyPSC Online Application User Guide.

If you are unsure what to submit, Contact Certification to inquire about the required materials for the transaction you wish to request.
