Hours of Operation
PSC offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Visitors may be seen by an information specialist by calling for an appointment at least one day in advance.

Telephone Services
Information specialists are available to answer certification questions
and provide assistance during regular office hours. Certification evaluators
receive telephone calls from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Callers are reminded
that PSC’s peak times usually occur between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00
a.m. and after 3:00 p.m. each day, especially between May and September.
